[COLUG] SELinux

The article I wrote addresses how to use the tools present in CentOS 5.1
to examine how SELinux works, and how to use it to secure a web
application. Those are probably the packages you downloaded.
Note that RedHat implements SELinux in a slightly nonstandard manner.
When I first delved into this subject, I purchased the O'Rielly SELinux
book (noted below) and read it all the way through. Then I tried to
implement what I read on CentOS (4.5 at the time) and was confounded. I
found the RedHat documentation for RHEL5 to be a better tutorial of how
RHEL (and correspondingly, Fedora) implements SELinux.
I sent the article to another outfit but haven't heard back from them
either. Let me ping them and if I don't hear back tomorrow, I'll post it
on my blog and send out the address.
