[rpm-ed] contribution question

Dear rpm.org editor,
I wrote a little script to ease listing files in a spec file and want to
contribute it to the rpm project, but it's not entirely clear to me were
to send it and therefor I have some questions below. I purposely ask
them here so the answers on these questions can eventually be worked
into the web site, for example at the home page under "Development of
the package".
1) What's the best place to send contributions for the rpm package?
(maybe Bugzilla, rpm-list or rpm-devel-list?) Note that after I tried to
post it at rpm-list, I got a message back saying the message body was to
large.
2) When one wants to post a general (distribution unspecific) rpm
bug/contribution at Bugzilla, which product (distribution) and version
should one choose then? (maybe Fedora Core-devel?)
In case somebody want's to know more about the script I've attached
allready it and here's something about it:
The script is intended to ease both making and maintaining file lists in
rpm spec files that have several package declarations. The main idea of
achieving this is listing only the first occurrence of each file in the
given (Bash) file expressions. Doing so, one can explicitly list
individual files for say a development package first and then use
wildcats (or any other Bash expression) to list the remaining files for
the main package. (Run the script with the -h option to get text about
how to use it.) The only restriction is that a separated build root
directory is needed.
Best regard,
Johan Evenhuis
